STOP PAYMENTS*
Note: access to input stop payments and view stop payments from the account must be given to each individual user access, under Cash Management, CM User Default Setting and account settings.
STOP PAYMENT - SINGLE CHECK
You may place a stop payment on a single check before it’s cashed within West Michigan Community Bank Online.
1. In the Accounts section of the dashboard, or from the Accounts screen, select an account.
2. Select Stop payments.3. Select A single check.
4. Fill in the required information. Select Submit. Carefully review the information to ensure it’s correct, then select Confirm.
STOP PAYMENT - RANGE OF CHECKS
You may place stop payments on a consecutive range of checks before they’re cashed within West Michigan Community Bank Online.
1. In the Accounts section of the dashboard, or from the Accounts screen, select an account.
2. Select Stop payments.3.Select A range of checks.
4. Input the Start check # and End check # and click Submit. Carefully review the information to ensure that it’s correct, then click Confirm.
