How do I find more information about a specific transactioN?
To view the full details of a transaction in your Account in West Michigan Community Bank Online Banking or West Michigan Community Bank Mobile Banking, select Transactions, then select the specific transaction you want to know more about. From Transaction details you can see the merchant’s name and location, date the purchase was made, the amount, and the last 4 digits of the account of the debit card that was used, if applicable. If you do not recognize a transaction, select Ask us about this transaction, contact us at 800-664-1778 or your local branch.
The transactions on my dashboard are showing the transactions for all of my accounts. How do I see the transactions for a specific account?
Simply click on the individual account for which you’d like to review transactions.
How do I change the name of my account(s) in Online Banking?
While logged in, click on the account you would like to change. Then, click Settings, and Rename.
How do I access my statements?
Access statements through Online Banking. Visit the Statements guide for help.
